Where to Start

If you would like to find peace of mind, and the space to revitalise your life, you are in the right place.

I work with people one on one, and run events and retreats. On the following pages, I aim to give you as much information as possible and offer some useful resources.

The Process

All sessions are held on Zoom. Wherever you are, it’s always my intention to create a space where you can speak freely and without judgment. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and safe. This time is for you.

Sessions last for up to 90 minutes. There is no set structure as it depends what is most useful for you. Sometimes, you might just want to talk. At other times, we might explore through metaphor or imagination. We follow what works best for you.

However you are feeling, I aim to provide a calm and relaxing space where you can access your own solutions and realisations. And sometimes I might have practical suggestions to offer too.

Clients often report feeling lighter afterwards.  And over several sessions this experience can deepen. It’s my priority to enable you to experience the change you desire so you can move forward with confidence and ease.
