Whatever brought you to this website – you are welcome.
If you would like to find peace of mind, and the space to revitalise your life, you are in the right place.
I work with people one on one, and run events and retreats. On the following pages, I aim to give you as much information as possible and offer some useful resources.
If you have any questions, or would like to discuss the best way forward, please get in touch. I’m here for you.
Whether you book a Skype session or come to see me at Harley Street, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and safe. It’s always my intention to create a space where you can speak freely and without judgment. This time is for you.
Each session lasts about an hour. There is no set structure as it depends what is most useful for you at the time. Sometimes, you might want to talk without interruption. At other times, you might prefer to quietly listen.
However you are feeling, I aim to provide a calm and relaxing space where you can access your own solutions and realisations. And sometimes I might have practical suggestions to offer too.
Clients often report that they leave feeling lighter. And over several sessions this experience can deepen. It’s my priority to enable you to experience the change you desire so you can move forward with confidence and ease.
Change is possible. You can feel differently. Please get in touch whenever you are ready.
What sort of issues can you help with?
I work with people from all walks of life and with all kinds of issues including the ones listed here.
If you do not see what you are looking for you are welcome to get in touch. If, for any reason, I feel I can’t be of service to you I may be able to refer you to another trusted and qualified practitioner.
How much are sessions?
There is no fee for your initial one hour consultation. This provides an opportunity for us to get clear about your objectives and discover whether the process is right for you. Payment will be dependent on the length and number of sessions you choose and we can discuss this during the consultation. My first priority is to you, and ensuring that you have access to the sessions you require.
How many sessions will I need and how often?
This varies from person to person and depends on the type of issue and the aim of the process. Sometimes one or two sessions is exactly what is needed. For deep-rooted or long-standing issues it’s my experience that working together over 10 or more sessions provides the best opportunity for deep and lasting change. The time between appointments varies dependent on your scheduling and requirements. I may suggest that our first three appointments are spaced weekly.
I can’t get to Harley Street. Is there another way we can work together?
I also offer sessions via Skype. Some clients find it relaxing to be in the comfort of their own homes and, depending on how you are feeling and what we’re doing, we can work with or without video.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
You can either pay by bank transfer beforehand or by cash at the time of the appointment.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel a session I prefer 48 hours notice. However, I’m aware that this isn’t always possible and I aim to be flexible. Do be aware, though, that if you book a session and cancel it with less than 24 hours notice it is possible that the full fee will be charged. This decision is dependent on the circumstances.

Lisa helped me immensely with overcoming a whirlwind of feelings of worry, stress and anxiety that was new to me after Dad passed away suddenly. I benefited hugely from Lisa – not just from her openness and understanding, but from her deep knowledge of how grief and love impact us. The first time we met was an incredible experience, I left feeling so much lighter and with a clearer head. I apply Lisa’s wisdom every day and am in a much happier place!
My sessions with Lisa are revealing, emotional and enlightening. She has a heightened ability to support, inform and nurture her clients. I find myself expressing emotions and thoughts I never knew I had, telling her things I have never thought I would tell anyone and finding answers I never knew I was searching for. I am able to express myself without any fear of judgement and to gain insight into a more peaceful way of being. I simultaneously discover that I am more and less ok than I thought I was. I have clarity of thought. The effects of my sessions with Lisa are both individual and cumulative, instant and gradual. Lisa has a profound effect on those in her presence.
Lisa is a down to earth and joyful spirit. To be in touch with her is transformational and uplifting. She has a knack for bringing out the underlying abundance, truth and peace that lies in everyone, and awakening the creative possibilities within. It is a challenge not to feel good and light after seeing her.
Lisa is a wonderful therapist. I met her at a time when I was extremely desperate and unhappy. I was dealing with OCD and did not know what to do or where to turn. Lisa is a great listener; she makes you feel like everything you have to say is valuable. Her method of therapy that shows you back to your “true self” is enlightening. She helped me realise that I have all the tools I need to be well; that I don’t need to worry so much or take everything so seriously. That’s the beauty of her therapy she shows you how strong the human spirit is. I regard her as a great friend. I saw her weekly for over six months and then once every few weeks, to once a month, to not at all now….and I miss her! I would not hesitate to contact her if I needed her help again.

Lisa is an amazing coach. She has a fantastic way of creating a loving space in a session. Her vulnerability and willingness to explore together is a beautiful combination and so impactful!
