Due to Covid-19 sessions are currently held on Zoom. Wherever you are, it’s always my intention to create a space where you can speak freely and without judgment. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and safe. This time is for you.

Sessions last for an hour. There is no set structure as it depends what is most useful for you at the time. Sometimes, you might want to talk without interruption. At other times, you might prefer to quietly listen.

However you are feeling, I aim to provide a calm and relaxing space where you can access your own solutions and realisations. And sometimes I might have practical suggestions to offer too.

Clients often report feeling lighter afterwards.  And over several sessions this experience can deepen. It’s my priority to enable you to experience the change you desire so you can move forward with confidence and ease.
